Group Personal Training
Be coached and guided through a whole body session, following our week one group programming. This is designed to set your foundation to progress forwards, through basic posture and movement conditioning. We focus on basic primal movements and joint mobilisation.
Fit Over Fifty
We work slow and controlled to retain or slightly build strength and fitness. As the body ages, joint stability, balance, and movement deteriorate, and the body can begin to feel slow and weak. Though with correct suitable exercise we can enhance bone density, basic strength and even more.
Restore & Replenish
A whole body stretch and mobilisation session, suitable for any posture or fitness level. Particularly good for those with daily aches and pain, or beginners who just want to move more.
Relax and Rejuvenate
Let’s unwind and spend some time deep stretching through the whole body allowing sometime to truly relax. We calm and rejuvenate the mind with some perfect guidance to give you space to reflect and breathe. A session truly dedicated to the time you deserve, for you.
Core Values
Discover how to train your entire core muscles effectively. With Core Values we will focus on more than just abs! The Session will help you understand the importance of your core muscles and their function, helping you improve your performance in daily life.

Mama Fit
A class especially for those new mummies beyond the 8 week check, or perhaps slightly further for those caesarian babies. We move slowly, exploring how your body moves and works now, with a focus on re building strength, fitness and most of all confidence.
Mum Club
A space to share with other mummies! We connect with your baby and each other and enjoy the opportunity to share struggles, advice and lots of laughs! Elements of baby massage, baby yoga, and fitness for mummies too ensures we have a wholesome class. We close the sessions with a guided reflection and relaxation.
Mummies Tummies
A post natal session designed to regain central core control, strength, awareness and stability. We find those tummy muscles and teach you how to use them again!

Sessions made for the little ones to build awareness and relaxation.
Baby Massage
Discover the benefits of massage for your baby, and how it can not only soothe and settle, but also enhance bonding and more. We connect and explore with gentle touch, calming movements, songs, rhymes and relaxation.
Baby Yoga
We explore movement and development for your baby, through lots of fun and interactive ways using poses, songs, rhymes sensory play and more.
Toddler Yoga Tots
Aged 2-3
A themed session providing a fun exploration of how the body moves, and beginning self observation and reflection.
Toddler Yoga Big Class
Aged 3-4
A themed session providing an opportunity to explore movement, body awareness, the inner mind and lots more.

Therapeutic Hypnosis for Anxiety
Have you experienced hypnosis before? This group hypnosis is a perfect introduction into therapeutic hypnosis. You’ll find out what hypnosis is (and isn’t!) and get to experience hypnosis in a gentle and pressure free environment. This session focusses on reducing feelings of anxiety.
Managing and Banishing Anxiety
This is a preview of the full workshop which explains what anxiety is, how it impacts your body and what you can do to take back control over it. This is a brilliant workshop for anyone who struggles with anxiety, or supports others that do, as you’ll come away with a greater understanding and some simple tips and techniques to gain control. We finish with a gentle group hypnosis session to build your confidence that you can take back control over anxiety.
