What is holos

Holos is a bespoke designed health and wellness centre which offers a rounded and concise approach to improve the health, lifestyle and wellbeing of any single individual.

We pride ourselves on offering a combination of services suitable for the whole family, to truly ensure we can enhance and improve. We don’t just consider adults, we believe the sooner and person starts on a wellness journey, the better longevity this will give through time. From babies, right up to the more experienced or mature adult. Everyone is welcomed here.



Lindsay always says the same statement first “I wasn’t even supposed to do this, it just happened”.  Maybe some of the best things do just happen for the right reasons and at the right time.

Our bespoke and one of its kind wellness centre offers much more than just personal training, we go beyond, and offer and deliver even more than you will expect. Our adult training offers professionally programmed sessions, that are designed specifically for you and your body.

Our bespoke wellness centre offers you the perfect individualised lifestyle discovery to start your health and fitness journey right. Body composition analysis, postural assessment, 7 point movement screen and a personalised holistic exploration of your lifestyle, physical performance and most importantly, your wellbeing goals. 

Group guidance

Group coaching

If you have a goal in mind, but still don’t feel ready for 1-1 training or maybe you are used to group exercise but want to advance further. 

Then group personal training will be your perfect fit!

What we offer is so much more than just fitness, its more than just a gym program or a single fitness session. We offer ideas, plant seeds, and expand you awareness to what is possible.

Baby & toddler classes

Relaxing calming energy in a lovely space for you to connect and bond with your baby through our guided sessions. The ever changing energy and atmosphere of the studio gives it a dynamic edge for multi use, and brings a high energy in our toddler, child or lovely mummy classes too.

Children fitness

Coming in January 2022 will be our new and exciting children and teens fitness classes. It’s important to teach life long benefits of fitness that can instil a habit of a lifetime.
